This congregation meet in the Day Room of sheltered accommodation at Day Close at 2.30 on Sunday afternoons, with prayers before worship at 2.15.  The fellowship of 10-15 ladies is warm and welcoming, and tries to offer a supportive presence in the village.  One of the members helps in the school on  regular basis on behalf of the Church.

There is a good relationship with the parish church of St Oswald's (Althorpe and Keadby) who have a community hall in the village.  There is no other church building in Keadby.  Keadby holds a number of joint all age services with St Oswald's, besides travelling to the united services on the third Sunday of each month.

Keadby originally developed around the junction of the river Trent and the Stainforth canal, and includes a working dockside.  Althorpe train station, though officially within Althorpe parish, lies to one side of Keadby bridge, within easy walking distance of Keadby.
